    Hi, I am part the group to help solve problem 2 365 COP: "The organisation does not have a clear understanding of the roles, skills, and resource model required to manage Microsoft 365 effectively as an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), limiting its ability to operate the platform in a compliant, sustainable, and well‑governed way".  Would anyone be willing to share any position descriptions/job profile/role that is responsible for all or part of 365 (document in part or whole).  We could then collate the findings into one matrix that can help the COP should we need to create or amend existing roles.  Thanks Debbie

    Hi Debbie,

    Just wondering if you have received any feedback? did anyone share some information with you?  We are actively looking to develop something as the plans are to grow some skills in the records team, paired with relevant training to help us with taking on some basic administration as a starting point. Surely enough this is work in progress and it will take a while to embed as part of the Records Team overall roles and responsibilities.

    Hi, This group have only met once and discussed the problem.  Watch this space! I have only received a couple of position descriptions.  Is there anything in particular you are interested in, and the rest of the RIMPA community might be able to share their knowledge.

    Hi Debbie - I had started to collect PDs when I re-entered this field about a year ago and found some time this afternoon to go through them in the hopes I might locate something helpful for you. I am attaching a PD for an Information Management Analyst which has been geared toward SharePoint administration. Not sure if this is the thing that might help, but it sure can't hurt :-)
