Posting on behalf of our CoP Leads - Carolyn, Jacqueline and Cathy:
Our M365 Community of Practice continues to grow in strength, capability, and collaboration - and we're now ready to kick off the next round of problem‑solving, knowledge‑sharing, and practical guidance development. To make this happen, we're looking for volunteers across a range of opportunities. If you're able to contribute, even in a small way, we'd love to hear from you.
Where things are at
Group 1:
- Their current problem: "Microsoft 365 sites, Teams, and libraries are being created in an uncontrolled manner, without consistent governance or lifecycle controls, resulting in information that cannot be reliably managed from creation through to retention and lawful disposal."
- Group 1 is finalising the collateral they've developed and would like independent review and feedback, plus a few new members to join them as they move on to their next problem.
Group 2:
- Their current problem: "The organisation does not have a clear understanding of the skills required to implement and manage Microsoft 365 effectively as an information repository."
- Group 2 is continuing their work, and we'd like to know if anyone feels they have knowledge or experience that could help them progress.
New opportunities to get involved
We're also opening up additional ways for members to contribute:
- A new problem‑solving group
- Small teams to develop micro‑topics (short guidance on a narrow M365 issue, delivered as a short presentation or video)
- Volunteers with experience in records migration into SharePoint
- Volunteers with experience integrating M365 with Content Manager
- Members willing to demonstrate their M365 environment or a solution they've developed
If any of these spark your interest, please let us know via the form below.
How to volunteer
We've made it simple - one form, multiple options, and only a few required fields. Please submit your response as soon as possible : M365 Community of Practice activities – Fill in form
Your contribution, big or small, helps strengthen the collective capability of our profession and supports practitioners who are navigating complex M365 challenges. Thank you for being part of this community and for considering how you might get involved.
Warm regards,
RIMPA M365 Community of Practice Leads
