• Coming from an Information Security / Assurance background ....I find the learning of ICT and Records Management connections really important as M365 is about collaboration and sharing information 'anywhere anytime' whilst information (cyber) security focuses more towards zero-trust and low risk appetite to information sharing across entity and external (eg M365 permissions and governance component being critical)
