    We are looking at moving to using SharePoint for our EDRMS but we have 13 million records in Content Manager and require access controls on information. Any thoughts?

    Can anyone help with an answer? 

    Comments in the chat include:

    • We focussed on 'active' records criteria only for migration.  There are also migration tools out there that can replicate the access controls from CM into SharePoint.  🙂

    • It's a lot of content, you could benefit form AI based Autoclassification, for metadata tied to your BCS framework and have automapping  to Purview based sensitivity controls and DLP policies?
