Question raised in the CoP 'did your workplace develop strategies and educate staff on them when WFH was in full swing?'

Can anyone help with an answer?

• we had zoom in 2000 when WFH, simple guides but not much

• - we stumbled across sites and made our own eventually they locked down access - don't think they thought anyone would discover SharePoint

• Lots of "Cheat Sheets" but nothing formal.  It was all happening too quickly to role it out in a strategic way

•  Technical advice was provided by IT - ie how to access teams on your laptop etc 

• At the time, I was working in a Consulting business. With COVID, our work was disrupted (we couldn't go see our clients anymore), so some of us were asked to prepare some guides for our colleagues transitioning to 100% online. This was partly busy work, but partly because management saw the value of doing it. But I know not many orgs did this
