Currently we have two main sets of guidance for recordkeeping in a Microsoft 365 environment, which are the Andrew Warland guideline and its supportive set of 13 videos (both available here: https://prov.vic.gov.au/recordkeeping-government/a-z-topics/microsoft-365)
As the guideline is 100+ pages, I thought some kind of navigation aid may be useful. It started life as a checklist, but transformed into a navigation aid part way through. Unfortunately, the navigation aid is itself 20 pages so we thought it too large and complex to be of value. We are in two minds and at the moment it's been placed on hold for the time being.
I thought I'd share it with you to see if you found it useful at all or too cumbersome as it's drafted anyway so it would be good to share it. Any and all feedback most welcome!
