    Hi all

We are preparing for executive endorsement of an explorative assessment for migration from Content Manager (v23.4, SaaS), to M365. We have considered a hybrid approach and decided it's not for us, predominantly based on our user base.

As part of this, we need to formulate a business case for the explorative assessment, an internal communications plan, and a service level for Content Manager support.

Wondering if anybody's got an idea of things we need to consider as part of this, or any suggestions for lessons learned?

    Thanks heaps!

    Hi Stacey

I am very interested to see how they get on, given that M365 is not a traditional EDRMS replacement without compensating process controls and finding the expertise required to see the project through.     It is a big move and look forward to hearing about your transformation journey.

    Hi Stacey,

It may be worth reaching out to Alison Edwards at Cardinia Shire Council in Victoria, as Cardinia did this a few years back, decommissioned CM and went to M365 (although I think they used AvePoint for records compliance).

    Thanks

    Bethany
