We are implementing the CM-Purview integration so documents with sensitivity labels have matching Security Labels applied when the document is archived to Content Manager.
We have run into a problem and I am hoping someone else has found a way around it.
When a document is sent to Content Manager, a module interrogates the new document and when it finds a sensitivity label, it's lookup table selects the correct Security Level and applies it. Beautiful. However with SECRET and SECRET Cabinet in Confidence files, these are encrypted. This means CM can't open them to work our what label they have.
Has anybody solved this issue?
